통관 무었이 잘못인가요

제가 주문해서 아버님 집으로 보내는  물건인데 다른 왜 수취인 정보가 다르다고 통관이 않되고 있는건지요? 개인통관부호는 주문한사람의 것을 사용하는것이 아닌가요?
