Hanjin does not deserve to be in the shipping business.
To blame 'Black Friday' and / or 'Singles Day' is NOT a viable excuse for the delays in personal goods not clearing customs. No other shipper faces these delays.
My wife and I have three different Amazon shipments 800461954460 / 800462152755 / 800462327324 all waiting clearance with no delivery date insight.
Hanjin nor this business, C & I Customs Corporation answer the phone, they do not answer emails, and they do not reply to Kakao Talk messages.
My wife and I have lodged a 'formal' complaint with Amazon USA asking they NEVER again ship any item to us using Hanjin and that they also formally investigate Hanjin as a proper and ethical shipping business for personal items into South Korea.
We have orders that have been shipped using other Korean shippers and also using UPS and / or USPS and all of these orders have either been delivered or have cleared customs without any delays or issues.
