The exchange rate fluctuations, including the Japanese yen, are so high that you would have to pay a hefty tax of over $150 above 19,000 yen. A long time ago when I bought 19800 yen, I was lucky enough to be classified under $150 at the exchange rate at the time.

Hello, 20,000 yen seems like a barrier to be crossed in terms of exchange rates. The EMS doesn't know much about it internally, so you might want to check with the International Freight Forwarding Center for standard exchange rates or processing conditions.
