How are you?

I'd like to ask you a few questions, give you some pointers and make some changes.


1. A question and answer board




Customs Alert is a customs enquiry service where the processing request informs you that you need to contact your customs agent and get their consent when writing.


But every day, similar requests for processing and related questions come up.


The questions, even if they're repetitive, are all being answered because some of you have never used the phrase before, and you don't really know what it means when you do a search.


Until now, all posts have been answered, but in the future annoying posts such as requests for processing and why they are not processed will be deleted without notice.


2. E-mail addresses


The inquiry e-mail only receives feedback on service issues, bugs, improvements, etc., and does not reply to questions.




There are guidelines, like in the question and answer section above, and you have to agree to send it, but we're getting dozens of e-mails every day with questions.

 

Most of the time, e-mail doesn't have the information you need.If you send an e-mail requesting customs clearance, it will not be answered, so please write along with the consignment note on the board next to your question and answer.
