Hello, this is the amount that I received in my experience. When I asked about it to the old Korea Customs Service , the answer I got was that the standard discount will be accepted and the discount that only certain people can receive may not apply. If the Duty & VAT is imposed, then if you prove your purchase and final delivery on the part of the vendor, we won't pay.
