The data included in the statistics do not include shipping ports that have been de-registered as 100% normal data, and yet the statistical clearance completion rate is not 100% for the following reasons.

1. A certain amount of incoming goods is sorted for screening and stopped at the customs entry form, which can take a long time to process.
