There's been a lot of inquiries about what's labeled a Customs Clearance Failure in Ali, and I'm here to answer some frequently asked questions.
Failure of Customs Clearance doesn't mean that you won't get your goods.
If you put the tracking number at the top and look up, you can look up the customs clearance status.
If you look at the top of the Customs ClearanceLookup screen, there's a description of the situation.
There's no indication as to why it's stopped or what the circumstances are, so you might want to inquire with a customs clearance company.
The Customs Clearance Agent contacts are in the middle area of the same Customs ClearanceLookup screen.
In general, there are a lot of reasons.
If you've bought an electronics device and it's in List Clearance, it's likely to go to [Hold -> Import Declaration -> Review -> Completed].
- If the amount is above the exemption level and you have entered through List Clearance, after the examination, you will be charged VAT and you will have to pay Customs Clearance.
Two, it can be randomly inspected, and it's typically completed in a matter of days if it's received without any problems.
- Forbidden goods, intellectual property infringement goods, etc. If there is a problem with the goods, they will be disposed of after the hold.
3. Food or plants
They're often blacklisted, and they're often state-sponsored.
4. Misuse of personal information
- If you have entered the recipient's ID, ID, or phone number with incorrect information that does not match, you must Request Correction with the correct information to the Customs Clearance Company.
