Since the end of April, customs hours have been extended several times, so I'd like to share with you the results of my enquiry.
We're seeing an influx of goods coming in from areas that have been blocked by China due to the coronavirus lockdown, and now because of the blockade in Shanghai, things are coming in by sea that would have had to come in by air at Incheon Airport.
To summarize, it looks like there's been a lot of delays due to increased shipments in the wake of China's coronavirus lockdown.
We're increasing the processing, but they say it can take a week or two to resolve quickly and up to a month if you delay.
