On April 25th, 26th and beyond, it's not uncommon for a single shipping container to be split up into multiple containers.
I've checked with ACT and COA, and it turns out that at the point of sale, both receipt and shipment have to happen simultaneously.
1. in the case of unladen goods sent without prior customs declaration;
Two, there's a lot of undeclared goods that don't get shipped.
It's not a split-in like that, but it's a split in where the paperwork and the shipment are separated by two things.
It's an abnormal situation, and if you leave it alone, we may not be able to treat it, so I think it would be best for you to contact ACT and COA.
