How are you?

I've been getting a lot of inquiries about MGN lately.


This is usually the case when a shipment doesn't arrive on schedule.

But in rare cases, they don't just disappear from the scene.


It usually arrives and is processed within a few days of the shipment, but even if it does arrive, there's no separate shipment so it's hard to predict when or where it will arrive.

It's an ambiguous situation because when you try to ask questions, they say it was sent locally and the goods didn't arrive domestically.

Wait a couple of days, and if you don't see any updates, it's probably best to check with your customs agent for domestic arrivals.

 

The solution is that if the item doesn't come in, it usually looks more like an imported item than a consignment.

* Reports of excess imported goods must be submitted if the imported items are not in accordance with the re-entry order information, quality and quantity, or have been damaged by packaging, contamination, etc.

There are times when you see more than one item coming in, and then it's processed later.


In the above two situations, there may be no updates for a long time and then it suddenly disappears. If you delete the shipping note from the customs company because the goods do not arrive, it is difficult to get an answer on the domestic side even if you ask questions and we recommend that you check with the seller or the shopping mall where you purchased.

If Ali deletes the shipping card from the customs company, it turns out to be a customs failure and can not be processed even if you put the corresponding discharge. One of the goods that needs to enter is exactly in this situation because the discharge has not been processed and is not being refunded. On Ali's side, if you want to receive a refund, you have received an official letter or e-mail, but the customs firm says that lost goods do not accept such, so it is difficult to understand what should be done.
