We've added some functionality through a statistics page enhancement.

We've added the EMS processing time statistics that we talked about in our previous announcement, and we've modified the search function to show the fastest processed processing time of the corresponding courier company (or EMS's dispatcher) as well as the longest processing time.

The menu location is

1. In the top left side menu, right + click

2. Main screen - check the transit time for each company

3. MyPage - Check the transit time for each company

Below is a newly updated screenshot.

UNIPASS and EMS are separated by tabs that can be selected.

A search box has been added to allow for searches, as well as minimum and maximum time items.

The most recent record for ACTIANCOA is 51 days.

If you search on the Unipass tab, you'll see something like this.

The second is the newly added EMS statistics.

EMS keeps track of everything from launch preparation to domestic arrival, and this is the part where there's no information and it takes the longest.

You can check it by clicking on the EMS tab below, and you'll see a different country of origin than Unipass.

The rest of it is the same.

In the case of EMS, it's less accurate because we only have two-day data.

If you look at the bottom, it's four to 27 days, eight to 31 days.

That's why we started publishing EMS statistics.

Usually, if there's no change for two or three weeks in the shipping process, you start worrying about whether it's going to be delivered or lost.

So in this situation, if you look at the average amount of time it takes for a shipment to arrive at its destination, I think that's going to be helpful.

It's encrypted, so it's less visible and easier to search for.
