2. Registration fee for additional shipping scheduled
Current airports starting with LP00 will have a similar pattern to EMS airports, either allowing registration or separating EMS from general aviation and limiting registrations to the middle of the week.
Forwarding ports with 13 digits from LP00 to CN, etc. are those that can be forwarded by an EMS carrier, and those in the format of LP0040123123123 are ordinary mail that cannot be conveyed by general post.
