If you look at the current pipeline pattern, what looks like a five-day shipment is taking two to three days, whereas normal items are taking 12 to 13 days.

It is difficult to calculate the exact estimated date because it is not possible to distinguish whether a five-day shipment or not by the shipping container number, and since items that arrive late are often processed first, there is a serious discrepancy in the estimated day.

Starting Friday, to improve accuracy, we separated the estimated completion date from the submission date plus 5 days in case of ACT and Coa plateaus.

Five days later: the overall completion rate averages

Five days or more: Average completion of five days or longer

Today, June 1st is a benchmark example.

Expected completion date: June 2

(Continuous average: six days)

- Items that are less than five days old at the time of inspection shall be counted as five-day shipments or ordinary items.

Submitted on: May 26

Expected completion date: June 7

(Consistent mean: 12 days)

Items that are more than five days old at the time of inspection will be counted as ordinary items.

Because the benchmark changes five days after submission of the list, the expected number of days can suddenly increase.

We're going to go back to the old way of doing things as soon as we get some relief from the transit delay.
