Recently, there's been a huge increase in inventory due to photovoltaics and Black Friday, with shorter processing times of three to four days, longer than 10 days, and an exponential increase in tracking targets.

It's estimated to be about three to five times higher than normal, because there are so many requests that it puts a lot of pressure on the Customs servers.

We're doing a server update at Customs this week, but we can't keep making overloaded requests from the data point of view, so we're going to be reducing our statistical sample size for the time being until the event volume delays are resolved.
