First of all, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

We're using amazon aws and kt cloud.

We're experiencing a temporary increase in traffic on the kt cloud server, causing it to go down.

There's no access outside of the server downtime, so you have to ask kt for recovery and it takes a long time to get back to normal.

It's a sudden onset of symptoms that started yesterday, and I checked with the kt cloud to see if there was anything suspicious.

They said there was a security update on the cloud server that they were using.

Yesterday, it may have been a temporary symptom.

We're in the midst of a server deployment, and we're going to be rolling back the OS kernel version to its original state within the next week.
