Hello


Here's a guide to the steps of customs clearance and additional notifications.


List Clearance Hold followed by Import Declaration was marked as [held at customs] until Completed, but we added a step to be marked as [Hold followed by Customs clearance start].


At that point, a change-of-time notification is sent.


The MyPage label says "Customs clearance in progress".
