Hello, if there is a problem with customs, it seems to be marked as a customs failure in Ali. If you stopped at the check-in, you were caught for inspection or have a problem, but if you received an address entry contact, you are not inspected and there seems to have been a problem. In these cases, each item has different processing times so it is difficult to predict when it will be completed and you may need to check the processing status with the customs company.
