Hi, there.


I'd like to ask you a few questions about some of the items that have been seized for more than 14 days because they didn't actually arrive in Korea.


Domestic Tracking Number number was 593751448503 (the company went to WORDEX CO., LTD ), while overseas Delivery were being shipped as LP00687650054688.


Taobao I keep trying to Google Translate the customer center chat window, and it seems like there's only so much a consultant can do other than ask for confirmation from local logistics.


And then two days ago, I get a text message that looks like the image below, and I turn on the translator, and it says, Customs failed security checks?? waiting to be shipped back to the warehouse.





My understanding is that you decided to ban it just before Shipment / Loading because it wasn't something you could put in a Air Freight.


I showed that text message to the counselor, and she said, "I don't think this is it, but if you wait a little longer, we'll figure it out and send it to you".


It's been two weeks, and I've been waiting at random, so I'm just going to answer it and leave a question.


When contacted by the company, which at that time was a domestic supplier of Customs Clearance , they said that it had already been deleted as Not Loaded / Unshipped . According to their accounts, it was originally scheduled for Shipment / Loading at Yantai Airport in China, but was confirmed. Since we have never entered Korea, it is obviously impossible to find tracking or information about the case from WORDEX CO., LTD .


I wonder if there's really no other way than to wait, as the counsellor says, or is there a place where you can ask more specifically about this sort of thing, not at the general counsellor but somewhere that deals with logistics or Customs Clearance.
