Hello, in the case of a result report, it is often processed within a few days and sometimes it is lost. We do not know yet where it was lost, but you can see that the likelihood of loss increases when the subsequent content disappears. It may take a long time because it is an income issue separate from the result report. If you lose it, you will probably be refunded by the buyer.
