Hello Inquiry is in Inbound mode, and you're looking at other Tracking Number fields: Customs Clearance field, where you enter the Tracking Number at the top, and then you look up Confirmation, and the Recent Completed field in the middle, which shows all the other Tracking Numbers that have been recently processed by the company.
