Hello 7Customs is a Customs Clearance Information Lookup service. I don't know where DeliveryCompleted is, but I think you should Inquiry with the buyer. Inquiry is Korea Post and after Customs Clearance Completed there is no Delivery, so it looks like it hasn't been picked up.
