Can you tell me what this means, that the shipment/loading is pending after passing through the local customs?
I've never seen anything like this before.
The "Hello" form is submitted before the shipment enters the country and is marked "Arrival (at Port) " and the "Inquiry" form is marked "Arrival (at Port) " on the 12th and the "Planned" form is marked "Arrival (at Port) " on the 9th.
