Hello. I don't really know what to do.

I had Temu change his phone number.

So the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) has been reissued.

It's a parcel/courier from Temu that has been cleared by Customs.

I put an inquiry in with C.J., the delivery company, but they haven't gotten to Parcel/Courier yet, and there's nothing they can do.

Temu has, well, nothing to give.


So what do we do?

Hello, first you need a tracking number to confirm your current status. In that situation, you're likely to have an inbound outbound and you're going to have to make a Customs Clearance Request to the Customs Clearance company that handles the goods.
