The "Hello Customs clearance" status is at the top of the "Customs clearanceLookup" screen. You can see that it's in the Hold state, and since we don't know what the reason is and how it's going to be handled internally, I think it's a good idea to confirm with UPS.

It's in Hold mode until you press Customs clearanceLookup, and then when you press Customs clearanceLookup, it says Completed.

"Completed" does not always mean "Customs cleared". "Hold" means "Completed".
