It's been 12 days without a response, and the Hive City has never received an e-mail, a phone call, or a timestamp.

I called the Embassy Customs and they said they couldn't fix it, and I called the Korea Customs Service and they said they couldn't fix it.

How do we deal with this? Advice please.
