Doesn't it at least have something to do with the warrant?

There were no problems with the delivery, at least not in the traditional sense.

Hello Inquiry, I'm sure you'll be able to find out exactly what you're looking for by checking with the Korea Customs Service Customer Center. I know it's a delivery by verification by postal code, so it's highly likely that it doesn't matter.
