I'm on the 8th floor, and everything else is being processed and shipped in a timely manner.
I called Syalogictech and they said it's not going through customs, we're in the process of doing it. They told us to do it automatically from the reservation, so let's call the customs office and check it out. So, we called the embassy and checked it out, but because of the blurb, there are four more days of delays, and it takes almost two weeks just for the customs ... really .. wow
