I haven't seen or heard from you since the 16th. Can I get some information about where you called?
Do the people who commented here receive their goods? I've checked with customs, there has been no movement since it was imported on 11/28 and I have called Hsingkago Korea three days in a row but they haven't returned my calls. I contacted the customs office and they didn't give me the import documents from that side, so what should I do?
It's been three weeks since I landed at the airport because they didn't send me the paperwork.
The company only handles 7,000 or 3,000 orders a day, and today's estimated delivery time has been pushed back to next Monday, so don't expect it to be any faster than that. We processed 7,600 orders in one day, but yesterday we didn't even process all 3,500 orders, we just processed 85 percent of them, and I think we'll probably finish the rest today.
