It's still in the receipt. We've had this before, where the battery pack is not in the inventory, it has to be imported -- sent to an inventory and detained and then re-imported -- which takes about 10 days or more, or if you have a rash opening inspection, which also takes over a week.
It's the first time I've ever seen something like this, so can we just sit back and wait?
I don't know what you bought, but it's an electronic product with batteries in it, and when it comes into the inventory pipeline, it takes a lot of back-and-forth through the pipeline.
December 12th update: Delivery It doesn't even start. At this processing speed, I don't think we'll get it until 2023, and that's enough to worry about getting a product soaked in rose water next summer.
