Last Friday we sent an email to Waldex with details about the purchase, and they said that we needed another invoice. It's difficult to write an invoice personally, so we called Customs again, and it says that the invoice can be written simply by contacting the Customs Office on behalf of the courier company. Why is there no such comfort here?
