I don't know what Waldeck's ships are like now, but when I was late, I waited for a week, except on the weekend, and if I was fast, it would be three or four days.
For those of you who purchased from Taobao and like me have been put on hold, I'd like to share this with you: 1) To clear the hold, you need to contact Waldex to complete your paperwork, but the problem is that there's no phone connection to Waldex; 2) If you were detained by Customs, you may have received an International Call + Chinese message. We thought it was a phishing call, but it was Taobao.
I got in touch with WELDEX, and they said that there's no paperwork to be filled out or a letter of resignation to be written, but absolutely not, because it's rude and you can't communicate, so we contacted Taobao and asked them to send us an invoice.
I called from Taobao on Friday last week and sent a purchase order, but now it's in the process of being shipped, so we have to wait for some more time.
The item sent to the shipping container number ((582435988450) last week was delivered to the wrong address. The name/number is correct, but it was delivered at an address I've never seen before.
