Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and the user regarding the use of internet-related services (hereinafter "Service") provided by 7customs.com and Customs Notifier (hereinafter "Customs Notifier").
Article 2 (Definitions)
"User" refers to members and non-members who access "Customs Notifier" and receive services provided by "Customs Notifier" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
"Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of "Customs Notifier" and can continuously use the services provided by "Customs Notifier".
"Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by "Customs Notifier" without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Specification, Explanation, and Revision of Terms, etc.)
"Customs Notifier" shall post the contents of these Terms, the name of the company and representative, the address of the business office (including the address where consumer dissatisfaction can be handled), telephone number, e-mail address, and business registration number on the service screen so that users can easily know them. However, the contents of the Terms may be viewed by the user through a connection screen.
"Customs Notifier" may revise these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the "Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions", "Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions", "Electronic Financial Transactions Act", "Digital Signature Act", "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.", and "Framework Act on Consumers".
If "Customs Notifier" revises the Terms, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the mall together with the current Terms from 7 days prior to the date of application until the day before the date of application. However, if the contents of the Terms are changed unfavorably to the user, notice shall be given with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. In this case, "Customs Notifier" shall clearly compare the contents before and after the revision so that the user can verify the changes easily.
If "Customs Notifier" revises the Terms, the revised Terms shall apply only to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the provisions of the Terms before the revision shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already concluded a contract transmits his/her intent to be subject to the provisions of the revised Terms to "Customs Notifier" within the notice period of the revised Terms pursuant to Paragraph 3 and receives the consent of "Customs Notifier", the provisions of the revised Terms shall apply.
Matters not specified in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or commercial practices.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
"Customs Notifier" performs the following duties:
Inquiry of customs clearance information and delivery information
Sending notifications when customs clearance information and delivery information changes
Other duties determined by "Customs Notifier"
"Customs Notifier" may change the contents of the goods or services to be provided by a contract to be concluded in the future in the event of a sell-out of goods or services or a change in technical specifications. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be specified and immediately announced where the contents of the current goods or services are posted.
If "Customs Notifier" changes the contents of the service contracted with the user due to reasons such as a sell-out of goods or a change in technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the address where the user can be notified.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, "Customs Notifier" shall compensate the user for damages caused thereby. However, this shall not apply if "Customs Notifier" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
"Customs Notifier" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication.
Article 6 (Membership Sign-up)
The user applies for membership by entering member information according to the sign-up form set by "Customs Notifier" and expressing his/her intent to agree to these Terms.
"Customs Notifier" shall register the user who applies for membership as in Paragraph 1 as a member unless the user falls under any of the following items:
If there is false information, omission, or error in the registration details
If it is judged that registering as a member significantly impedes the technology of "Customs Notifier"
The time of establishment of the membership contract shall be the time when the acceptance of "Customs Notifier" reaches the member.
If there is a change in the registered matters at the time of membership sign-up, the member change the information by modifying member information to "Customs Notifier" within a considerable period.
Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification, etc.)
Members may request withdrawal from "Customs Notifier" at any time, and "Customs Notifier" processes membership withdrawal immediately.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, "Customs Notifier" may restrict or suspend membership.
If false information was registered at the time of application
If the member interferes with others' use of "Customs Notifier" or threatens the order of electronic commerce by stealing such information
If the member uses "Customs Notifier" to perform acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals
If the same act is repeated twice or more or the cause is not corrected within 30 days after "Customs Notifier" restricts or suspends membership, "Customs Notifier" may cause the member to lose membership.
Article 8 (Notice to Members)
If "Customs Notifier" notifies a member, it may be done to the e-mail address designated by the member in advance with "Customs Notifier".
"Customs Notifier" may substitute individual notice by posting on the "Customs Notifier" bulletin board for more than one week in the case of notice to unspecified members. However, individual notice shall be given for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transaction.
Article 9 (Purchase Application and Consent to Provision of Personal Information, etc.)
Users of "Customs Notifier" apply for purchase on "Customs Notifier" by the following or similar methods, and "Customs Notifier" shall provide the following contents easily understandable to the user when applying for purchase.

Confirmation of Terms contents
Indication of agreeing to these Terms and confirming or rejecting the matters in No. 2 above (e.g., mouse click)

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)
① "Customs Notifier" may not accept the purchase application as in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following items. However, in the case of concluding a contract with a minor, it must be notified that the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.
If there is false information, omission, or error in the application details
If it is judged that accepting the purchase application significantly impedes the technology of "Customs Notifier"
The contract shall be deemed to have been established at the time when the acceptance of "Customs Notifier" reaches the user in the form of the acknowledgment notice in Article 12, Paragraph 1.
The expression of acceptance intention of "Customs Notifier" must include confirmation of the user's purchase application, availability of sale, and information on correction or cancellation of the purchase application.
Article 11 (Payment Method)
The method of payment for goods or services purchased at "Customs Notifier" can be made by any of the available methods among the following items. However, "Customs Notifier" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the price of goods, etc. for the user's payment method.

Article 12 (Acknowledgment Notice, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application)
"Customs Notifier" sends an acknowledgment notice to the user when there is a purchase application from the user.
The user who receives the acknowledgment notice may request cancellation immediately after receiving the acknowledgment notice if there is a discrepancy in the expression of intent, and "Customs Notifier" shall process the request without delay if there is a request from the user.
("Customs Notifier" serviced by "7customs.com") establishes the following handling policy to protect the personal information and rights of users and to smoothly handle user grievances related to personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Customs Notifier will notify users through website notices (or individual notices) when revising the Personal Information Processing Policy.

1. Purpose of Personal Information Processing ('7customs.com', hereinafter 'Customs Notifier') processes personal information for the following purposes. Processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and prior consent will be sought if the purpose of use is changed.

Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming intent to join as a member, personal identification and authentication according to membership service provision, prevention of illegal use of service, and various notices and notifications.

4. Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them Users can exercise the following rights as personal information subjects.
① The information subject can exercise the rights to view, correct, delete, and suspend processing of personal information at any time with respect to Customs Notifier.
② The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 can be done in writing, by e-mail, by fax, etc. pursuant to Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Customs Notifier will take action without delay.
③ The exercise of rights pursuant to Paragraph 1 can be done through an agent such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney according to Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ Requests for viewing and suspending processing of personal information may be restricted by Article 35, Paragraph 5 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as a collection target in other laws.
⑥ Customs Notifier verifies whether the person who made the request such as a request for viewing, a request for correction/deletion, or a request for suspension of processing according to the rights of the information subject is the person himself/herself or a legitimate agent.
5. Items of Personal Information Processed
① ('7customs.com', hereinafter 'Customs Notifier') processes the following personal information items.

6. Destruction of Personal Information ('Customs Notifier') destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of personal information processing is achieved in principle. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.

The information entered by the user is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate document) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws or destroyed immediately. At this time, personal information transferred to the DB is not used for other purposes unless it is by law.

The user's personal information is destroyed within 5 days from the end date of the retention period if the personal information retention period has elapsed, or within 5 days from the date when the personal information processing is recognized as unnecessary, such as achievement of the personal information processing purpose, abolition of the service, or termination of the business.

7. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of automatic personal information collection devices
Customs Notifier does not use 'cookies' that store and retrieve the information subject's personal information from time to time.
8. Change of Personal Information Processing Policy
① This Personal Information Processing Policy applies from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions, and corrections of changes according to laws and policies, we will notify you through the notice from 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
9. Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information ('Customs Notifier') takes the following technical/managerial and physical measures necessary to ensure safety in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
A. Conducting regular self-audits
We conduct self-audits regularly (once a quarter) to ensure stability related to personal information handling.
B. Establishment and implementation of internal management plan
We establish and implement an internal management plan for the safe processing of personal information.
C. Encryption of personal information
The user's personal information and password are encrypted and stored and managed, so only the user knows them, and important data uses separate security functions such as encrypting files and transmission data or using file lock functions.
D. Storage of access records and prevention of forgery/alteration
We store and manage access records to the personal information processing system for at least 6 months, and use security functions to prevent access records from being forged, altered, stolen, or lost.
E. Restriction of access to personal information
We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, changing, and canceling access rights to the database system that processes personal information, and we control unauthorized access from outside using an intrusion prevention system.
10. Use of Customs Notification Service
When using the Personal Customs Notification Service, the email is used only for the purpose of transmitting customs notifications.
