1. Receive Customs Clearance, Send a message related to the Hold object

2. Delivery related Inquiry
You are requesting an Inquiry as to why there is no Parcel/Courier Lookup after Customs Clearance Completed (or Outbound).

Amendment inquiry after arrival of cargo
When you make a purchase, the consignee is different from the actual consignee.

4. Payment of VAT on goods subject to the General Import Declaration
For goods that are subject to import declaration for various reasons (or for goods that are subject to import declaration at the time of arrival at the port), the customs office will send the invoice to the customer by e-mail after the import declaration.
Sometimes when you go to a banking website, you're paying VAT to the IRS, and you're not paying the Customs ClearanceFee.

5. Issues related to consignee awards
