This order is just a few days ago, the product was purchased on December 30th in Kupang Rocket Factory. It arrived at Incheon Airport on December 31st and was cleared by customs on January 1st. The next day it was picked up and delivered on the third day. It was the same Asian World forwarder. But this time the ordered product was bought on January 2nd and repaired after arriving at Inchenon airport on January 4th.
Did any of you receive your luggage correctly on arrival at Incheon Airport at 4:20 p.m. by AirPremium YP102 to Kupang Rocket Station on January 4th? I haven't heard anything since it was supposed to be delivered on January 4, originally scheduled for delivery on January 7th, but the luggage hasn't even been processed yet
At 1:30 p.m. on the 21st, we got a call from our forwarder saying that they're going to be pushing products on the 16th, which is basically a pre-qualification, but this shipment is so large that it's only now that the situation has become official, but it doesn't seem to be coordinated with the field.
As of December 20th, the last confirmed date is 16 days ago. The shipment arrived in Asia at 1:00 p.m. and then at 11:00 a.m., which means that my shipment came in around 9:00 A.M., so it's not like there are kids inside who receive their shipments every day, but everyone knows how to unpack and what to do. I don't know.
