For air freight, this is the case when there are multiple MGN interceptions. Unlike ships, the number of aircraft arriving per day varies slightly. Usually, if a ship receives one per day, an aircraft will be picked up in several batches. If it's not an aircraft crossing over from China, usually during the flight, the cargo manifest is handed over to the customs office. However, when the aircraft comes in and the cargo re-entry time is quite different, the loading list has been passed but the plane hasn't landed yet or the cargo has not been re-entered, we can do that temporarily. Once you wait for a day or two, everything is usually resolved.
