A lot of times it's random for no reason, and if you don't pass the post-examination, you become a customs officer, which usually takes an extra day or so, so I guess you can just wait.
It looks like you just shipped 10kg of food from China directly to Taobao... it's coming through the listing office, so there's going to be a customs clearance, but the food has to be charged at the shipping point and checked by General Customs to see if it is transferable. Don't do this here, call Waldex and solve it
If you're gonna check in and stop, it's an interrogation, so don't get all commentary-y here, but call me to see what the status is and if there's any paperwork for you to submit.
